3.1 The Site is intended as a source of general information about ABL Business’s products and services. ABL Business aims to update the Site regularly, and may change the content at any time. Any of the material on the Site may be out of date at any given time, and ABL Business Ltd is under no obligation to update such material.

5.3 If you act in breach of paragraph 5.2 above, you will commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. ABL Business will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and ABL Business will co-operate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use the Site will cease immediately.
6. Intellectual property rights
6.1 ABL Business respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects you to respect its intellectual property rights. It is the owner of copyright in the Site and is either the owner or licensee of all materials displayed on the Site. Those materials are protected by copyright laws and treaties around the world.
