The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

If you use a form on this website your date will be sent to info@abl-business.co.uk . We don’t store your information on this website but cannot guarantee that all form submissions are not stored. We try to check regularly to ensure the safety of your data and will remove contact form submissions found stored on this server.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognise and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

Your contact information is sent to info@abl-business.co.uk and processed by a member of staff in the office. Processed information may be stored on our CRM system, Zoho CRM.

We make sure all our systems software is fully up to date and protect them with appropriate anti virus software, scanning regularly for safety.

What data breach procedures we have in place

If we suspect a data breach we follow internal procedures to check how and where a breach may have occurred. If we think a data breach has occurred and may affect peoples data we will notify those people people immediately via email and or post. If a data breach occurs we will notify the ICO as soon as we are aware of what has happened and who it may affect, we will endeavour to ensure any data breach is dealt with as soon as possible and work to rectify the situation as fast as we can.

What third parties we receive data from

We do not buy data from 3rd companies.
We do receive referrals from partners, clients and appointed introducers.

What automated decision making and/or profiling we do with user data

We do not use automated decision making or profiling. When we process a clients data to find finance for a them, we cannot guarantee that those lenders do not use automated decision making.
